At QCN, we’re proud of the fact that a high number of our nurses come to us by referral from current, satisfied QCN nurses! To show our appreciation for recommending a friend or colleague to us, we offer a generous referral bonus program!

The program is simple: just refer a friend or colleague to us. Once they have been screened and hired by QCN and work at least 4 shifts, you qualify for the bonus. If they sign on for a 8-13 week contract, the bonus gets bigger! When they’ve completed their first 48 hours (4 shifts) or their first contract assignment, you receive your money!

For each referral you send us, you’ll receive:

$250 Bonus if the nurse completes 4 shifts (must occur in one calendar month)
$500 Bonus if the nurse completes a 8 - 13 week contract.

There is no limit in the referral bonus program. The more people you refer, the more money you receive!
